INSTRUCTIONS FOR SENDING ABSTRACTS
All abstracts must be presented in Croatian or English.
Abstract submission must include:
- Objectives
- Methods
- Results
- Conclusion
The abstract content must not exceed 300 words.
Abstract submissions are closed.
Authors will be notified of abstract acceptance via e-mail by: 22 September 2025
INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTERS PREPARATION
Poster dimensions should be in standard B1 format (70.7 cm x 100 cm) or a maximum of 80 cm (width) x 100 cm (height).
Posters will be numbered and listed in the program with a mark on the location of the exhibition position.
Organizer will provide:
- a surface for placing posters (1 x 1 m)
- poster numeration
- aids for placing posters on surfaces (double-sided adhesive tape)
The title, names of authors and institutions are integral parts of the poster and the authors themselves write them in the upper part of the poster.
It will be announced later when the posters will be displayed and when they will be available for viewing.
Poster authors should place their posters in pre-numbered positions.
